Assalamualaikum.. Hey guys! What's up? I hope all of you are doing fine and gorgeous! =D
Anyway, I've been busy lately (very cliche right?) no doubt, I've been sitting for my final examinations and my last paper, Contracts is on Monday, 16th January 2012. Anyway, the exams were good and I'm not targeting to excel but it is enough for me to pass all the papers and not repeating them.. (WARNING: Words from ordinary students who did not studied for their finals).
Okay, so now, in the light of recent event (of monsoon, of typhoons, of earthquakes and else), my homeland Sarawak and several towns in the Peninsular was badly affected by flood and recurrence of landslides throughout the country. However, as saying goes, "there will always be light at the end of every tunnel", we are actually recovering from the damage done by Mother Nature. These incidents reminded me of my childhood, of my younger times, where natural events where experienced in many ways.
When the town of Kuching was hit by severe floods in 2003 (you need to check the fact back, I didn't do my research teehee :p), most of the time, we enjoyed playing in the water (of course with the parents present) and sometimes we get ourselves in the rain, together with cousins and skipping the school the whole week for contracting chicken pox. There was a time where the water level was quite high near town (my grandma's house is near the city-center), we even get ourselves a sampan (rowboat in Malay) and rowed ourselves within the kampung (village in Malay).
All of those but memories, remained. Sighhhh... Memories, auditory memories, spatial memories, visual memories all are stored, neatly connected by corpus callosum throughout the hemispheres. Now that we've grown slightly younger, we are now much more responsible towards our own safety (we now understands why mom and dad prevent us to do something) and ahh yes, else..
Nonsense.
Ridiculous point of writings.
Keep biting. Write me.
